Sorry I've been slacking on the blog! To be honest, I wasn't sure anyone was still reading, but that shouldn't matter. It's not that I haven't been doing photography stuff, I've actually been very busy with photography related things, shoots, reading, but I've slacked on my blog responsibilities.

So today we spent the day with my mom. I was actually testing some metering on my mom and she gladly obliged me, which was more than I could say for my children, who wanted me to PAY them to take their pictures! LOL. My mom is 78 years young!

Here comes the wedding photographer...

I'd been waiting to expand my business to include wedding photography for a variety of reasons that all seem very good but the truth is I LOVE shooting weddings, they are just so much fun! So, I'm just gonna go for it and need to do some networking. Which means I spent the evening going through wedding shots looking for a picture to put on my business cards. I found this one and just love it; I still have to see if it will work on a business card but I hope so because it's one of my faves!

I didn't take these today (obviously, when you see the snow! LOL) but I was editing them this morning for my website, so I thought I would post them. I'm feeling sick and although I did take some shots today, they will have to wait b/c I'm not feeling up to doing anything this evening.

I took two shots that I liked today for different reasons. Summer, my friend, who is 18 weeks pregnant, and her toddler...who I have hundreds of shots of already, but just can't seem to stop myself! :)
