Karen, our friend Summer and I went to a local wine festival this afternoon. I'm always grateful to find these little things that remind me I can find fun and culture wherever I am if I'm willing to look for it. These purple and white banners where placed around the downtown area to let us know which business where sponsoring wineries so we could go in for a tasting. There was also live music in various places and it was just a generally fun and relaxing atmosphere. All in all a good afternoon with good friends.
